Return & Refund Policy – Under Cloat

At Under Cloat, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

2. How to Request a Return

Our team will provide detailed instructions and the return address.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Credit card: Refund will appear on your statement depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, Pix): Refunds will be sent directly to the same account used for payment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: Under Cloat will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable on the product page
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery

  • Refunds are only processed for products purchased directly from undercloat.com.
